MARY MINTER is a writer by trade with a Fine Arts Degree in Theatre/Playwriting. After years of ad agency ownership, she was introduced to a new medium – the Internet – back in 1995. From her home base of Austin, TX, she launched AMI (August Music International) and began her version of an Artist Development Company. After all of her years in the business of music, serving as a Director of the CMA of Texas seems to be a perfect fit.

BUCK YEAGER  has been living his life as a full-time independent artist/musician since his early 20’s. He is also a 4-time CMA of Texas Award recipient, and now he is graciously offering a valuable service to his fellow CMAT artists. As the first and only ARTIST RELATIONS appointee, Buck is researching and working to create show bookings and tour opportunities for our CMAT community. It is likely to take most of 2025 to lay the groundwork, and you will be informed as plans open up for all of us. Stay tuned!

BRANDON MESSERLY We first met Brandon at Neon Boots in Houston, TX where we both were attending Casey Chesnutt’s show. As we began to talk about Casey and his dad, Mark, many other country artist became part of the conversation, as well as the fact that Brandon had been a manager of some large music venues. His knowledge of music, and his music venue experience, along with the fact that his contracting jobs take him all over the US. make him a very valuable AMBASSADOR of the CMA of Texas. We are honored to have Brandon looking for opportunities for performance and other assets that can be of value to our community of artists.
